  • De clutter and tidy each room and remove any unwanted nick nacks
  • Put the lights on – table and floor lamps help to create a warm and inviting look
  • Open curtains and raise blinds
  • Clear work surfaces and tables and remove toiletries from bathrooms
  • For external photographs make sure your garden and exterior are in tip top shape
