If you are thinking of instructing a Surveyor to inspect a property on your behalf, check whether our competitors can offer the following:

  • RICS Home Buyer Surveys and Building (Structural) Surveys at competitive fees.
  • All reports prepared by Surveyors who are Members or Fellows if the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
  • A Chartered Building Surveyor able to prepare reports on the more complex properties and to offer specialist
  • advice on structural and other problems, repair / refurbishment schemes, and proposed extensions/alterations.
  • Surveyors with extensive local knowledge supported by one of the largest independent Estate Agency practices in the area.
  • Reports including Reference Sheets and Diagrams to explain and illustrate common defects: and including photographs of specific problems where appropriate.
  • Sub floor inspections as standard if reasonable access is available at the time of inspection or can be made available subsequently.
  • Draft reports can be emailed once typed so you can have advice on your proposed purchase at the earliest possible stage.
  • Further advice available “post report” by telephone or in the office
  • Reports including a comprehensive guide to Maintenance Planning and Energy Savings at no extra charge.
  • A mortgage valuation report included in our agreed fee (if we are advised of the need for such a report at the time of instruction and subject to individual lender requirements)
